Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial with the full Team feature set. No card is required to start it, and nothing is charged when it ends - the organization simply moves to the Free plan. We would rather you find out Atlex isn’t for you before paying than ask for your money back afterwards.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & billing. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not end the period you have already paid for. You keep every paid feature until the end of that period, and then move to the Free plan.

Because the trial lets you evaluate Atlex fully before paying, we do not routinely refund periods that have already started. That said, we will refund in full, on request, if:

• you were charged after cancelling;
• you were charged more than once for the same period;
• a fault on our side made Atlex substantially unusable for that period; or
• you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used since.

Email us within 30 days of the charge and we will sort it out. We would rather refund someone who is unhappy than keep money from a customer who feels misled.

Annual plans are billed once for the year at a discount ($1,990 rather than twelve months at $199 for Team). If you cancel an annual plan partway through, it runs to the end of the paid year. Within the first 14 days of a new annual term we will refund it in full on request.

Nothing is deleted when a subscription ends. Your map, insights, incidents and history remain exactly as they were, and export is available on every plan - including Free - for as long as the organization exists. If you want the organization and all of its data permanently removed, an Owner can delete it from Settings, which is irreversible.

If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and the change applies from your next renewal. It never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Subscriptions are sold and processed by our payment provider acting as the merchant of record. They handle the transaction, applicable taxes and the receipt you receive. Your contractual relationship for the Service itself is with us, under our Terms of Service.
